Combine all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then slowly add your fragrance drop by drop and mix it through the mixture thoroughly. Next add your food coloring and mix thoroughly again. Now mist lightly with the witch hazel and stir it all in. When it feels dry remove it from the molds and let your bath bombs sit for 24 hours to dry and harden completely before using.
