When combined with healthy eating the exercises are a great way to lose weight. Here we already find the first profit since being overweight is a problem that threatens our overall health and sometimes hurts our self-esteem.
Exercise also helps boost the immune system. That means it helps prevent diseases such as colds or the flu normal. It also fixes problems like high blood pressure, high blood sugar or diseases such as diabetes, stroke, heart disease, etc.
Exercise can slow aging. It helps the body grow stronger and decrease the flexibility and mobility problems in adulthood. In addition, regular exercise helps to develop our strength and our energy levels.
In turn, the benefits of exercise are also evident in the psychological realm. Physical activity improves your mental health. It has been shown that during exercise you release a substance called “endorphins” that helps improve our mood, our esteem and our concentration.
In conclusion, the exercise involves several physical and emotional benefits it is advisable to take advantage. Anyway, should take care of pregnant women and people with certain diseases. Should be cautious and consult your doctor before starting to exercise.
