Anxiety about food today, and unfortunately a very common problem that we can lead to many serious imbalances.
First find out the causes of anxiety about food
The naturism always proposes, as a rule, we do a little detective from our own case and we reach the end of investigating what is making us eat well.
That is, the issue is not finding something that we remove as much hunger, but also why.
Thus, this pattern will hold for us any other habit as smoking, alcohol or other addiction.
Very often, anxiety about food is produced by things like stress or excess worry. In this case we consider whether the subject has a solution and if not, you see that change in attitude can take us.

Generally all vegetables require an entire night before soaking water to penetrate inside and they cook more easily.

Organic food: Some communities (departments) authorities are subsidizing school meals so that parents pay the same for food and instead enjoy a healthy meal (not been grown with pesticides or any chemicals) and more flavorful.
Buy directly from small local producers: some schools are organized to buy, to the extent possible, the maximum number of foods directly to small local producers. On the one hand always get a good price because there are no middlemen, the producer receives a fair price and food should not be transported very far from contributing to less pollution.
Assist in the organic waste recycling: many cities already have collection of organic waste (food scraps) School canteens generate a lot of leftovers and if we teach students to throw the leftovers into suitable containers are more likely to do likewise at home. It is a good awareness of the environment.

The importance of a good breakfast
It is curious to see the increase in percentage of children (and adults) who do not eat breakfast or take anything (just a coffee or two cookies) and what is clear is that the absence of a good breakfast markedly diminished school performance (the brain always need “fuel” to perform at maximum)
Moreover when the student goes to lunch two things can happen:
- The student is as “low” energy that has not just appetite. Many people say that same thing happens when I spent lunchtime.
- That the drop in glucose with them by unchecked devour everything they find. It is impossible for them to chew quietly as his body sends the order to eat all they can to fill “the tank”. It is a survival mechanism that we have. After the binge will slow digestion and will enter a sleep that will prevent them take the first class in the afternoon.
School canteens greatly influence the health of children and they are doing the most important meal of the day and learning habits.
Objectives and functions of school canteens
More and more children left to eat in school canteens as both the father and mother work outside the home and grandparents are no longer living in the same house and often not in the same town. One of the most important meal is done, then, at school and that is an important factor in the diet of children.

It’s a bit strange but very true, some foods interact with medication, causing reactions that may be dangerous.
Most of us have the mistaken idea that plants and natural foods, necessarily have to be healthy and safe. Unfortunately not. More often than we imagine, many foods may interact with medications that were prescribed and we trigger adverse reactions, some severe and dangerous. Let us know how to prevent such difficulties.
If you are receiving medical treatment and note any unusual symptoms, this could be a harbinger of an undesirable interaction between the medication and some food eaten.
Since both share the same route of entry to the body, one may interfere with or disrupt the process by which the other is metabolized.
Some drugs interfere with the ability to absorb nutrients, also, some plants or foods may even decrease or increase the work of medicine.

Interpreting the labeling of foods is very important to really know what they’re buying and what we are paying.
It is curious to observe how more and more people who look at the product ingredients. Some people looking to know the nutritional content, calories, origin, expiration date, but perhaps the main reason is that more and more people allergic to certain foods or food additives.
One major problem found with these people is that “decode” the labels is a very complex task in many cases.
