There’s nothing like the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the morning. This scrub will have the same scent will leave your skin soft and smooth.
Coffee contains caffeine which helps energize the movement. Coffee beans are ideal to exfoliate the skin because they are soft and remove dead cells without irritating. The recipe below is easy and effective.
As the recipe uses oil could slip and be careful not to use it.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons almond or sunflower oil (or you have at home) If you prefer you can use cream instead of oil body
- 1 / 4 cup used coffee grounds (save the granules after making coffee)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 / 4 cup sugar (preferably brown sugar or raw)
- 5 drops peppermint extract (optional)
Team
- A spoon or fork
- One bottle to keep the exfoliating
- Two containers to mix ingredients
Preparation
- Combine all liquid ingredients and mix well
- Combine the sugar and coffee, mix well
- Une both mixtures and passes the bottle to save the peel
The mixture should be refrigerated to contain wet coffee. Preferably need to use it as soon as it is, but can last two weeks under refrigeration.
Using the coffee scrub
- After applying the normal bath scrub with a washcloth or loofah. Have fun with rotating movements throughout the body avoiding the bust and neck area and any scratch or wound. Put more pressure when applied in rough areas or cellulite.
Preferably when using this mixture sit to avoid slip and. Using cream instead of oil there is less risk of slipping.
- Remove with water. Soap is not essential but if you think you need it use it.
- Apply cream or oil over the body to the end if you wish.
