conditionersThere are many conditioners, can be confusing trying to select the best conditioner for your hair. Here are some guidelines that can help:

Normal Hair
If your hair is normal that is neither too thin nor too thick and dry or oily if no chemical treatments (relaxers, color etc.) Probably only need conditioner on the ends. If you live in a very cold climate might need conditioner throughout the hair avoiding the roots.

Fine hair
This type of hair can be tricky and usually requires conditioner, the challenge is to give softness without losing volume and flatten it. For this reason light conditioners are used without much special weight or fine hair. Avoid placing the conditioner on the roots especially if your hair is oily.

African hair or curly
This type of hair is strong but may be dry. Need powerful conditioners rich in moisturizing ingredients to make it softer and easier styling.

Long hair
Long hair tends to have dry ends and moisturize it is important to maintain health and shine. You need a good moisturizing conditioner throughout the hair avoiding the roots but especially at the ends and dry places. The hair needs intensive conditioning treatments ( deep conditioner ) once a week or more frequently.

Tempt hair, straightening or permanent
Hair with chemical treatments tend to be damaged and require a special conditioner for this type of hair. The air conditioner has to protect the treatment and help hair stay healthy. One or more times per week using deep conditioners .

Oily hair and virgin
Perhaps you do not need conditioner, if you use a light used for your type of hair to avoid putting more fat on your hair and rinse it.
