Depression is a characteristic of women

Mental disorders are a clear reality in contemporary societies. Depression, anxiety, antisocial among other misconduct evidence everywhere in all cultural environments. The strange thing is that these disorders are not presented in the same way men and women, but with variations by gender.

The causes of the occurrence of these phenomena are, as you can guess, different. It is true that there are certain biological patterns in each of the two genres that influence the occurrence of these disorders, but what most influences them is the sociocultural reality.
It is important to change the habits and structure of daily life to avoid suffering from these problems. A life full of stress and obligation is not safe condition for this mental health problems manifest in its fullness. Go have fun, interact with others, have free time, meditate, build family experiences or invent other strategies. Only we ourselves can worry about our mental health.
