Only your doctor or dietitian can tell every person (depending on your physical constitution, work activity, climate, etc.). Which is their caloric need.

Are there other factors that influence longevity?
If we have to understand that eating less life expectancy increases in those who follow a well balanced diet is no less true that health care available to that person, his physical constitution or biological heritage, their health habits, activity physical, habitat and way of life are taken as important issues to live more … and, above all, to live better is what really counts.
