Ask any fashion diva and tell you that the best way to keep your skin soft, radiant and beautiful is to exfoliate regularly. You do not have to spend much money to do this. In your kitchen you can use natural products for skin retreated as you work.
Sugar: This is something that is used early in the morning with your tea or coffee. This scrub is great because it removes dead surface cells and gives a soft, radiant skin. You can make your own sugar scrub at home by mixing equal amounts of sugar and oil or glycerin. Add fresh aloe Vera gel to improve their properties. Then do yourself a massage this mixture on the skin and leave for several minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. You can also use this as a body scrub. Leave your body and feet soft and smooth as silk.
Salt: the kitchen should be an essential part of your beauty routine. Mix equal amounts of sea salt and olive oil and add a splash of orange or apricot oil to it. You will have a body hydrated and exfoliated, plus your face will also be fresh when you apply this mixture.
Oatmeal: If you thought the oatmeal was good only for a healthy breakfast, then today know another way to use it. Use uncooked oatmeal with ¼ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of honey to wash your face clearly. Become a massage in circular movements to let go of the dead skin cells. Oats also serves to promote cell renewal.
Green tea: This tea is rich in antioxidants is good for internal and external health. Also serves a good body scrub that can be used for sensitive skin prone to acne. Green tea is rich in antioxidants and therefore protects the skin against free radicals. So do not hesitate to take it.
