Healthy recipe zucchini cream

zucchini creamSome recipes seem we are faults of the opposite appeal knowing that they are also nutritious and help us to maintain weight and are naturally rich flavor and this recipe for cream of zucchini.

Ingredients: 1 kilo of zucchini, 1 onion, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 liter vegetable stock 1 pinch of pepper and salt to taste.

Preparation: In a saucepan place the olive oil and saute the onion, when transparent add diced zucchini without peeling and let it cook, stirring occasionally. When the zucchini are tender, add the vegetable broth, cover and boil. Remove from heat and pass through blender, straining to make it even finer, add a little pepper and serve with whole grain toast.
