Herbal tea with chamomile and linden

herbal teaFor those who need to relax or have trouble falling asleep, the combination of chamomile and lime will do wonders. Chamomile flowers have sedative and anti-inflammatory, while the lime has calming, diuretic, and relaxing.

A tea made from linden and chamomile helps then to relax the nerves, to relax and promote sleep. Here’s how to make herbal tea with chamomile and linden.

Ingredients:

  • 5 grams of dried chamomile flowers
  • 5 grams of dried lime flowers

Procedure:
In 100 ml of boiling water, add the flowers of chamomile and linden flowers. Leave to infuse for about 5 minutes and then drink the tea, preferably without adding sweetener or a teaspoon of honey. Drink the tea at night before bedtime or when you feel particularly stressed.
