Conjunctivitis is a common condition in people. It is an inflammation of the conjunctiva, the membrane covering the eye. This may be due to a deficiency of vitamin A, or have a bacterial or allergic.
The symptoms are redness and watery eyes, lasting only a few days but they are really uncomfortable.
Some remedies for conjunctivitis are on hand to help relieve this discomfort.
A solution of chamomile and is used as eyewash, to prevent any transfer of infection to the other eye. Simply take chamomile flowers and put them in a cup of boiled water. After cooling, the liquid may be used. You can also put cold compresses to reduce irritation and eye pain.
