Conclusions on obesity hereditary

But most experts do not agree that obesity is hereditary and consider the influence of other factors in the development of the disease.

If we understand that obesity may not be hereditary factors influence we find that for a person to become obese and try to solve the problem.

Although genetic inheritance is not to blame for obesity without doubt we all inherited a range of patterns and our family environment that will influence us decisively, since children tend to imitate their parents’ behavior.

Another point that seems to influence obesity is the size of the family it seems proven that the greater the number of children less risk that these become obese.

What can we do?
To prevent obesity or obesity hereditary offset (if our family tendency) should accustom children, from very little, to eat healthy, balanced diet in which they are present all the necessary nutrients in the right package will ensure that children growing well.

As a complement to a balanced diet is exercise. Our society is increasingly sedentary and it is clear that watching sports from the couch does not help burn calories. We must get used to exercise every day will help make our weight and our health are good.

Although parents are obese should not be concerned if their children suffer from obesity hereditary if instilled, by example, a healthy lifestyle.
Sure they can break or change that trend.
