Here are some ideas to create your own spa:

Light Massage
Do yourself a quick massage the whole body. Make it using your hands open, start from the feet and continuing in an upward motion until you reach the level of the heart. Then do the arms and hands tell the direction of movement.

Dry Brushing
Instead of the above you can get a dry brush. It helps to eliminate toxins, stimulates circulation, helps eliminate cellulite and relaxing.

Scalp
Ponte oil to moisturize the scalp, you can use olive oil, almonds or sunflower seeds. Apply giving you a massage all over the scalp using the fingertips. Leave the oil for 20 minutes or overnight.

Exfoliate
You can buy a body scrub with a scent that you like or prepare an exfoliant at home.

Hydrotherapy
If you want you can use the tub and take a bath with oatmeal, sea salt and oil to soften the skin. If you prefer a shower you can switch between the temperatures of hot and cold water (without burning of course), this increases circulation and feel energized.

Pats
On leaving the bath do not towel dry them with the same address following the massage, giving you pat dry your whole body by starting with the feet. The movements should be against the movement. This stimulates the circulation and boost energy.

Aromatherapy
The soaps can make the normal liquids containing essential oils . Another alternative is to get sprays with essential oils or hydrosols using a whole body spray.

Spa in your bathroom
Create the atmosphere of the spa in the bathroom is easy. First, keep it neat and do not put many jars in visible places or products. Most spas have a minimalist design in neutral colors or soft. With this in mind you can modify your bathroom to become a place of relaxation. Use good quality towels and hold a scented candle that contains high quality essential oils.
