Power Yoga

Power Yoga is an ideal form of exercise for all levels of fitness, as they work individually based on their own bodies and their personal circumstances. It is a dynamic and physically powerful form of yoga where you work with breath and movement in a flow. It carries its own body weight through a combination of movements and postures (positions), while the focus on breathing. The exercises done without pauses and training gives us both strength, balance, agility, stretching and inner harmony.
The goal of power yoga is not to be as nimble as possible without experiencing its maximum power and vitality of feeling. The training is quite demanding – but gives a strong body, a more harmonious soul, and a focused mind. Each session ends with a relaxing meditation exercise.
Power yoga popularity has grown tremendously in recent years. Partly because of its powerful and effective nature but also because it is popular with celebrities such as Madonna. Even famous athletes and teams practicing power yoga as a complement to other exercise because of its injury prevention, rehabilitation, fitness training and effects.
