Prevention of squamous cell carcinoma

Prevention of squamous cell carcinomaThe most effective way to prevent squamous cell carcinoma is to always protect themselves against the sun’s rays – and above all to avoid being burned. It is particularly important for children because children’s skin is extra sensitive to sunlight.

Children who are exposed to too much sun are at higher risk of developing a skin tumor in later life.

Fair-skinned people are more sensitive to sunlight. They more likely to develop skrivepitel cancer and other forms of skin cancer. For them it is even more important to protect against the sun.

When squamous already hit the skin, this must always be treated.
