Red ClayThe red clay is probably the best known and most widely used of all the clays because clay is easier to achieve by their abundance.

Composition
Its composition is very similar to green clay red clay but has a higher content of iron oxides and hydroxides, hence its red color.
It contains aluminum silicate and magnesium silicate.

Properties of the red clay

  • It has astringent properties.

Red clay mask
We have red clay mixed with water, never tap water, until a smooth paste that apply on our face. We must stop acting for fifteen or twenty minutes. Remove with warm water.

Tips for preparing the red clay
