Scrub: an English word that gives a name to the treatment of exfoliation of the epidermis renewing our skin and removes all the dead cells.
The scrub helps renew the skin’s appearance and make it more smooth and bright: it is a mechanical exfoliation treatment that promotes the renewal of the epidermis into the dermis, stimulating collagen production. Here are all the secrets of a scrub.
The scrub can be made for the body, for the face (where it is important that it is more delicate and is called exfoliation), feet, and just think, ‘even to the lips. Scrub literally means “clean, rub, renew”.
Theoretically, our skin every two months or so should eliminate its most superficial layer, but the smog could have a retarding effect on this mechanism, and so the dead cells accumulate and make the skin dull and dead.
