Slow Food to feed calmly

We are all familiar with the “fast food”, or “fast food” whose main, and best-known ingredients are the burgers and pizzas.

The schedules of the various components of the family makes it very difficult to agree to have lunch or dinner together, and to devote the necessary time to each meal.

Stress and lack of time along with unhealthy foods make our consumption habits are very bad.

That is why before the bad changes our eating habits have suffered an international movement born in response to fast food, this movement is called: Slow Food.

As the translation indicates we are talking about eating slowly, changing consumer habits.

The movement was born in 1989 in response to fast life that takes one of its main objectives is to improve our quality of life .

To do this place special emphasis on eating and drinking better, making the meal an act of culture.

Slow Food For food must be good, clean and fair. Food must be produced without damage to species, or animals. It is food prepared in the most natural way possible, respecting the natural processes.

Is associated with eco-gastronomy, handicraft production, small farming, artisanal fishing techniques, and biological farming is the main thing.

The Slow Food movement’s aim is to enable consumer habits taste of a dish as naturally as possible.
