Stressed – creating energy with a simple mini meditation
Have you had a busy morning? Are you worried about something? Are you having a difficult meeting? Easy, simple meditation after lunch will help you get the tanks. You get a short but effective break where tension is released and the body is replenished with new energy.
The first Sit with your elbows on a table and hold hands to her face. Cup your hands over your eyes; be sure not to press too hard.
The second relax your shoulders and imagine how you sink into a comfortable night.
The third feel the warmth of your hands by way every cell in your eyes. The heat and the force transmitted from the hands fill your eyes with energy.
The fourth Say silently to yourself that this exercise will make you feel more energy and make you think more wisely.
The fifth Concentrate on a point between the eyebrows. Feel what point is filled with energy. Listen to your breath while you concentrate on the point between the eyebrows.
The sixth Rest quietly in this way as long as possible.
The seventh come slowly back to the waking state. Stomp your feet to re-establish contact with the environment.
Now you know you hopefully loaded with energy!
