Consistency is key: An application without regular nutritious products have a large effect on stretch marks. Remember that often it is the simpler and less artificial products to be more effective.

The natural stretch mark products are very effective and are usually recommended by doctors to clear the scars of surgery.

Stretch Mark Oil with Vitamin E and Wheat Germ

Ingredients:

  • capsules of vitamin E
  • wheat germ oil

Preparation and use:
Fill a jar of wheat germ oil and introduce into the contents of some capsules of vitamin E that you have to wash out the oil. The best are those in gel capsules, which are liquid inside. In 15 ml of wheat germ oil should be placed 5 pads of vitamin E, if the oil wheat germ is more, the amount of the capsules of vitamin E salt proportionately.

Put this mixture over the stretch marks every day, preferably just after a shower or bath and let it soaks in without rubbing. Unless you shower every day, before applying the oil passes a damp cloth on the affected part. If you’re afraid of staining the clothes you put gauze where you applied the oil.

This recipe can be modified by replacing the olive oil, wheat germ: the final result is equivalent; the mixture is slightly greasy and more penetrating odor, characteristic of olive oil.
