Lutein is a yellow pigment of the carotenoid family that is found in algae, marigold, peas, leeks, cranberries, broccoli, egg yolk, spinach, chard, cabbage, cabbage, corn, tomato, potato, banana, parsley , celery, white potato, pumpkin and orange flower.
The egg yolk has 85% of lutein, 60% corn and broccoli 20%.
