<p><strong><em>Ingredients for the pudding carrot and millet</em></strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>1 kg of carrots.
</li>
<li>1 cup brown sugar.
</li>
<li>3 cloves.
</li>
<li>A bit of cinnamon.
</li>
<li>1 teaspoon grated ginger.
</li>
<li>1 cup millet median boiled in two cups of water.
</li>
<li>Half cup of honey.
</li>
<li>Raisins.
</li>
<li>Almonds diced green apple.
</li>
<li>1 tablespoon grated orange peel.
</li>
<li>Brown sugar to caramelize. </li>
</ul>

<strong><em>Preparation of carrot and millet pudding</em></strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Boil the carrots with cinnamon, cloves and grated ginger.
</li>
<li>When they are tender but will remove cloves and cinnamon and make a puree.
</li>
<li>Drain and mix it with brown sugar and raisins.
</li>
<li>When boiled millet will do with apples.
</li>
<li>When it is cooked add the honey, almonds, and orange peel.
</li>
<li>One caramel pudding basin (mold) with brown sugar and cover with mashed carrots.
</li>
<li>In the center we will jequecito and populates it with millet puree.
</li>
<li>It can be eaten cold or warm.</li>
</ul>
