What are food additives?
Food additives are substances added to food to ensure their conservation, conserve or enhance its flavor, add color and improve its appearance. While this may be positive, often only applies to low-quality food products.
How to identify food additives?
We must look at the labels of packaged foods in paragraph where it says ingredients. The rules of each country regarding the labeling of foods can vary but generally is required to specify all the ingredients and that includes additives.
A very important detail to note is that we can sometimes find food additives is included as a number (eg E102) or your name (eg Tartrazine).

Organic food, biological or organic are becoming more widely available and that every time there is a greater demand and higher production.
What is organic food?
Organic foods are produced by farmers who emphasize the use of renewable resources and water conservation and land management to improve environmental quality and can last well into future generations. Organic food is produced without using most common pesticides and petroleum products, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers or pesticides that leave residues and end up in our cells. Organic meats come from animals whose bodies and feeding have not been treated with pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics or hormones. Furthermore, these animals must have access to sunlight and time to graze in fields that in turn must be certified as organic.
