The pineapple diet for weight loss
There are so many diets as food. We have heard of the Mediterranean diet , the lemonade diet , the express diet , the diet of the moon … Well, there are many diets to lose weight, but only some are good, others less so.
A new diet to add to the list is the pineapple diet.This is a supplementary feeding scheme should last a week, we continue eating the same as always but reserving 2 days a week to eat only pineapple, fruit and water.
It is necessary that the two days devoted to pineapple diet are not consecutive. For example, a good option is to start on Monday and Thursday just to regain power plan, which should have three meals and several snacks throughout the day. The rule is that in those 2 days only consume pineapple, fruit and water.
