flat stomachThe dream of every woman is to have a flat stomach. But that’s where we often feel bloated like a balloon. If you are in the group of those who want the belt is not pressed us more than necessary, read these tips for you down the swelling in your tummy.

All women of the world want a flat tummy. The pants feel that we pressed on the belly can only be compared with the pleasure it gives us buy a new pair of shoes. That’s one of the great truths of the world. Personally, I have no one called to tell me “oh, what I want most is to have a big stomach and wide”, without being pregnant, it of course.

And problem is that “love handles” or as you call it that extra in the abdominal part is where we see the excesses of our habits. It is where they accumulate much fat and what makes us ashamed if we have to climb the flannel or go to the beach. Also, the clothes you feel crowded and you hate your belt is just nasty.

So here are five quick ways to turn down the swelling of your abdominal area. Of course, one must be aware that there are techniques that you mark your abs as laundry. Well, no. There are tricks to not feel a pop and you have to loose an eye on your belt.

Walk: If your waist is felt to bursting after a meal, take a walk of ten minutes at least. Physical activity will cause gases to pass more quickly through your digestive system, and as a result you will not feel as bloated as when you jump straight to the sofa or workplace.

Take probiotics: recipe may sound like a witch, bacteria need to function properly. Flus, use of antibiotics and stomach upset are your good bacteria found in the intestines, are abolished. And these bacteria are those that help with digestion. If you find a probiotic supplement, one tablespoon of yogurt might do the trick.

Milk Beware: Many people suffer from some form of lactose intolerance, which makes you feel bloated after a drink with milk (until you enjoy your latte harmless at work). If you are from that group of people, divide your daily intake of a cup around in several servings a day. you can switch to lactose-free the better.

Choose your carbohydrates: Do not run away thinking that they are to blame for your abdominal roundness. Just swap them for versions that are kinder to you. Stay away from those that are processed and refined (like white bread) and over who are accompanied by fat and sugar (such as cakes, cookies or candy). Remember to eat but always com integrals oats, brown rice, barley, sweet potatoes, etc..

Breathe: Stress is almost the envoy of the devil. Causes our adrenal glands to released cortical and adrenaline into our bloodstream to keep alert in that mode. What happens is that in addition to remain vigilant to the slightest noise the hormone cortical affects the accumulation of fat around vital organs and has a predilection for generating fat in your abdominal area. So next time you feel like screaming because someone has pulled the car, you feel that your boyfriend speak another language or come out with a lot of trouble in your home because “you late for work”, breathe and think of your belly (and I want flat, not round).
