We have seen several groups of vitamins needed for each particular case. Now we will see the vitamins for memory. These vitamins will help us have better memory, better concentration and alertness.
Some of the vitamins for memory are vitamin B, which acts as a protective shield for neurons in the brain. These vitamins also help in the production of red blood cells that carry oxygen, nourishing the brain. The vitamins of group B important for memory are B6, B12 and folic acid (B9) Some food containing this vitamin are spinach, green leafy vegetables, strawberries, asparagus, melons, and vegetables.
Antioxidants are also excellent vitamins for memory. The vitamins C, E, and beta carotene protect brain tissue, eliminating free radicals, which can decrease the function of neurons in the brain. These vitamins can find them in blueberries,strawberries, potatoes,tomatoes,spinach and broccoli.
Another good choice are fatty acids and omega 3, we are specifically vitamins but also improve brain function. Are found in foods such as fish, nuts, and flax seed.
